I remember, you opened the request as regular printer repair, but when I come it was an industrial very expensive stackable machine 4 level's color copier machine. I ordered parts for you in China and finally wasted my time without final bill for you. I fixed your Copier - there were a lot of problems with them, and we tested it together. It worked after my repair. I bet no one could fix it at the same price that I provided for you. And what do I see as a result - 2 stars ?! Maybe it was our problem with communication because of my low level of English at that time? Please describe why you were unhappy.
