FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices for basic repairs but each job has unique circumstances that can effect the price. Whenever possible I give prices in advance. In some cases parts have to be removed to determine if they can be repaired/replaced. Even in those cases I can usually estimate the final cost with some accuracy. For some jobs I will quote a price for my labor plus whatever the materials cost. Homeowners can purchase the appliance or fixture and I will just charge them for my labor to install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer is King/Queen. I work around your schedule. All estimates are free. I will gladly provide Springfield references for work I have done over the past few months. For most jobs you pay me when the job is complete to your satisfaction. I specialize in Evening and Weekend Appointments to make it more convenient for Homeowners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for over 15 years with the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works. I learned the ins and outs of public sewer repairs problems. During those years I earned my Georgia Master Plumber License and Georgia Septic Tank Installer License. I supervised crews repairing and upgrading the Public Sewer System. I am currently enrolled at STCC's Plumbing/Heating program to earn my Massachusetts License.
