Needed some anti-mold treatment and paint on a patch of ceiling due to a leak. I was given a reasonable quote and a prompt date for the work a couple of days out. The quote included paint and labor vs some others who first quoted just labor then added dollars for paint. It’s hard to blend in a patch of paint with the rest of the ceiling but he did a very good job! I was not going to be at my place so I provided a lockbox code - once the job was done I was provided with pictures.
