Jalen was exceptional in that I was kept informed as to the progression of the floor and when the crew was on its way to start. I requested certain updates and these were delivered as requested. Upon arrival, Jalen and the crew hit the ground running.
The level of professionalism and patience demonstrated is above and beyond the call of duty. All day, even tempered. Simply amazing!
