I had an easy time working with BTTR Booths for my wedding in Salem, MA. The staff I worked with had an amazing response time each time I had a question or concern. Everything from step 1 to the last step was a breeze. The day of and even now, our guests were raving about how much they loved having a photobooth there. The props were great, the attendant was great, I didn't have to worry about a thing. We loved the photo album and digital copies of the photo strips. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Its simple.. there is a base costs equipment , travel, technician... The more hours you get the more FREE stuff we can include and adjust hours ... Example 2 hours a la carte is $279.. but a three hour all inclusive is $399.. and it included $75 in upgrades.. same price for hours but free options .. We want to be FAIR , its our appreciation for you being our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?This is my life, I breathe sleep drink photo booths, we are constantly updating and modifying our units and services..
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I saw a camera on a tripod, with a printer and a computer charging $600 for 3 hours... I wanted to provide BTTR services
