I spoke with Eric and confirmed my appointment. He explained the process and provided me with the names of thetwo peoplel I should expect, which were Art and Deven. They both talked about great customer service and professionalism all the way around. I would highly recommend this company. I would be screwed if it weren't for their prompt service and communication. The price was amazing, $425; another company would've charged me $700+. Thank you, Drain Solutions, for your existence.
