At Mago Flooring, we have no hidden costs. We are one of the few in the industry that are really on the customer sides. We don't bait and switch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. 1- Connect Once you connect with us whether it's via Thumbtack or our website or social media, we will reach out and establish a connection. 2- Talk Our motto is '' We partner with you in all things flooring.'' We don't just want to make an easy quid, and lose your future projects. We want to be there in all your future flooring projects. Therefore, communication is key for us to get to this level. after we connect, we can give you a free phone consultation, or we can send one of our technicians to you site to analyze your projects. 3- Agreement After we ''talk,'' we will come with a roadmap together for our team to execute your project. It's simple, we will not proceed without your say. 4- Delivery Our passionate technicians will deliver your project effortlessly. Most of our services can be booked and executed the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are trained professionals, background-checked with the guaranteed expertise needed to execute and deliver your project. We are continually internally as a company and externally require our staff to train to keep up with the industry latest changes.
