- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lesson & Payment Policy Lesson Payments are due BY the first of the month 24 Hour Cancellation Notice (Make Up Lessons will not be given without proper notice) PayPal Invoices are emailed two weeks prior to their due date Cash, Check or Major Credit Cards are accepted in person *ONLY one make-up lesson is allowed per fiscal quarter (Oct-Dec, Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept). Any other missed lessons will not be refunded (unless stated in an invoice). *Any lessons canceled by the instructor will be credited to the tuition of the following month. **Pay for SIX months and receive two FREE lessons!
