Tasha does impeccable work -- my very old and rambling house sparkles and smells so clean, too. With two shedding labrador retrievers there's never an end to dog dust, dander and their slobber here and there. I walked in tonight and it was all gone -- and the dogs were treated with ice water while she worked. She's a lovely woman with a gentle manner, skills, and takes obvious pride in her work. I have no hesitation hiring her again (just need to figure out the schedule) or recommending her to anyone. ~ DB. Randolph

I would rate empire cleaning phenomenal great customer service as well as cleaning I'd recommend this service to anyone in need of cleaning they get the job done best thus far !

Tanishsa was very nice and as for what was cleaned she did a good job. I feel that pricing was an issue. I was quoted 200 for a deep clean. Windows included rugs, rooms floors etc.that's what i thought I was paying for. I didn't get what I was told I was going to get done. I was told after 2,5 hours that I would have to be charged more etc. I told her what had to be done, she said she was bringing 3people total, 2only came. Ibwas told my shower was done and it wasnt. Along with few other things I was told going to be done weren't. To be up charged after an agreement is shitty. I asked around last night and found that I was taken advantage of. 200 for 2,5 hours. I'm upset. She is nice. Not personal. Her business tactics not so nice. 200 is a lot of money to me. My rugs didn't get shampooed no windows no cabinets no floors. Which was my main concern. In your future don't quote people a price for a job then not do it and try to up charge . I'm pissed right now. I put out money and still have to finish it all...she was on the fone which I didn't know was going to be on my borrwed time. I will not use this website again. She was nice. I just think shouldnt quote what not going to be done.I posted on the site all to be done and spoke on fone before. And did walk thru before. All was agreed. Until time was up. Which I WS told was going to be done in 2,5 hours with 3people.
