Ray was great! I was really struggling with my computer setup, Zoom, apps, sharing, placement of monitors and screens, etc. He explained everything to me as if I were a four-year-old, and it was amazing! Lol, he didn't leave until he was sure I knew and remembered how all the systems functioned. Would highly recommend!

I had a seriously frustrating issue with our Yealink soundbar and tablet setup at the office — nothing about it was straightforward, and I honestly expected to be told it couldn't be fixed. The technician who helped me stuck with it the whole way through. Even when the problem turned out to be more complex than it first appeared, he didn't give up or try to rush me off the call. He kept troubleshooting, stayed patient, and worked through it step by step until everything was fully functional again.
It's rare to get that level of persistence and hard work these days. I really appreciated that he treated the problem like it mattered, and it showed in the end result. Great technical skill, but even more impressive was his work ethic and refusal to quit on a tough problem. Highly recommend!

I am completely dumb when it comes to IT stuff. No, we don't We believe that each case is unique and it should be treated as such. This way we make sure to give a fair price to the service that is requested for us to perform.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hanptontech take pride in understanding the problem that the client present's so that together we can find the best solution for it. It is very important to us that we protect the interests of the client, therefore we always like to sign off with the client on a work proposal explaining the process for completing the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the head of the company I personaly hold 2 Masters Degree in Computer and Information Systems both taken in separate countries, Portugal and USA.
