Terrific! Vill and his team finished my 1200 SF basement with wetbar, play room, media room and bathroom. He and his team were diligent, efficient, and did an exceptional job. The basement looks amazing - I highly recommend Top Quality.

I recommend Vill Santos' company, Top Quality Remodeling. Our condo building's roof and deck replacement went smoothly and the end result looks great! Vill Santos is very responsive and well-versed about Boston's permitting requirements. Also, it was clear that our roofer, Marcos, takes a lot of pride in his work, which speaks to me. Every member of Top Quality Remodeling's team was prompt, hardworking, friendly and courteous. Any questions or issues along the way were addressed, and Vill has made sure the three owners in our association were completely happy with all the work done.

Top Quality Remodeling (Vill Santos and his team) tore down our old porch and added a new porch to our house in Melrose. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. On time, on budget and super professional and hard working. The porch is beautiful - all the neighbors have stopped by to tell us they love it. Even my mother-in-law was impressed by them, and she's a tough customer!

I highly, highly recommend Top Quality Remodeling. We feel incredibly lucky to have found and worked with Vill and his team on our first home remodel.
