Vill with Perfection Home Improvement was amazing! Very professional, fast, and flexible. His quote was the fastest, most complete, and most detailed of all the contractors I contacted. Every aspect was put into a pdf file and emailed. I had him get the wrong color material for my house's trim, and he was understanding and accommodating about the change. He was able to replace the entire trim of my house, a Victorian, and part of the roof in less than a week, and managed to keep the site clean for the majority of the job(which helped keep my neighbors happy). At the end of the job, his guys did a walk through with me and fixed all the small details I pointed out.

We are so very happy with our new addition. We knew we wanted to hire a design-build company. It was important to us that the team work together to solve issues. It was also important to us to get this project done with the least amount of disruption to our family, specifically our children. When we met with Vill and Mark, we liked their attitude and professionalism. We met with a few other companies, and none of them understood how important the budget was to us. It was clear that Vill and Mark could design something within our budget, and solve our problems. Our biggest problems were that our daughter's room was tiny; our kitchen was tiny and outdated and had a really bad layout. Not only did they solve these problems, within our budget, we also were able to solve a few more problems such as adding a coat closet (which we didn't have), remodeling our linen closet, adding a closet to our son's room, but also suggested how to enlarge and design our new kitchen to have a better flow. Also, Sandy, the designer, came to all the showrooms with us. She was able to tell the vendor our budget and style BEFORE we got to the showroom, so that we could focus our attention on things that fit our budget and style. We really appreciated that aspect of the project, because there were so many things to look at in each store. Then, we broke grown, Thiago, our lead carpenter was wonderful. Not only did he build the addition, but he also helped us move our daughter's bed into our son's room during this project (and back again when the project was over). Vill kept us updated through phone calls, blog updates and meeting every 14 days. We had a lot of communication with them, and really appreciated that part. We had unexpected discovery asbestos, which they told us about, found a vendor for us, and took care of it professionally. Each subcontractor that came to the site knew the rules, and worked hard in making sure our design became reality. Top Quality Remodeling finished the project on budget and two days early! I was in my new kitchen for Mother's Day. Every time I step into the kitchen, I am thankful for Top Quality Remodeling for making my dream become reality. My husband and I can both be in the kitchen, and not be on top of each other! I highly recommend Top Quality Remodeling, and look forward to hiring them for my next dream project.

I found myself in a difficult situation and needed a plan, guidance and direction with renovating my multi-family home to house myself and extended family. Top Quality Remodeling delivered! We've been living with the renovations that were completed 4 years ago and still, to this day, I find myself admiring my home, feeling very comfortable, and enjoying how my small but extremely functional living space suits me and my family. I couldn't be happier. The design was changed dramatically according to my wish list and even more important, Vill kept me within my budget. It's very easy to get carried away but he was the solid ground throughout the process. The job, expenses, subcontractors, materials, workmanship and attitudes were all kept in line and monitored carefully by Top Quality. I felt supported and listened to throughout the entire process. Oh, and the pesky wooden countertop that revealed a defect months later, was replaced immediately and without any issue. Excellent service from beginning to end, standing by their work after the job was long completed and all with calm, respectful, genuine concern for the customer. Very satisfied with Top Quality Remodeling and I would recommend them to everyone!

Top Quality Remodeling completed a gorgeous custom kitchen for us in November of last year. Our previous kitchen was outdated, cramped and barely functional. A full bath and a peninsula took up most of the floor space in the kitchen, and a "window" overlooking the adjoining family room took up valuable wall space. Vill worked with us to design a functioning kitchen that fit our lifestyle with the limited space we had. After seeing our options on paper, we ended up reducing our bathroom to a half bath, filling in the window, and pushing a wall over a few inches to achieve our dream kitchen - in fact, its the picture for his website. I was very impressed with his skill and timeliness. Their team completely reshaped and renovated the bathroom, gutted the kitchen, ran all new electrical, installed new flooring, installed a new ceiling, built us a new wall, installed all the appliances and custom cabinets, installed a beautiful tile back-splash and did all the finishing touches (crown molding, painting, etc.) all within our predefined schedule. This was my first experience with a major renovation project, but I've heard horror stories from others of delays and hiccups along the way - we had none of that with Vill and Top Quality! Everything came together perfectly. He has a natural sense of knowing what will and will not work within a design and seemed to always be thinking one step ahead. It is clear that Vill's experience has given him an eye for quality without sacrificing value. Our custom cabinets were incredibly well priced and exquisitely handcrafted to our specifications - something a run-of-the-mill home improvement mega store would never have been able to do for us. He was also able to get us a fantastic price on the perfect piece of soapstone for our counters. He's got a good list of contacts up his sleeve and he knows how to use them! I could not be happier with the finished product that Vill provided us. I highly recommend his services.
