My dryer stopped working. Prime Appliance Repair offered a good price and was nearby. The work was done on time and very professionally. But they didn't test dryer working end to end (it started working when they tested, but heat was not developing in the chamber which they didn't identify). I called within half an hour to tell them about the problem. He promised he would come back later to look into it without any additional service charge. To my surprise, he showed up at 9 pm the same day. He also helped with some long pending stove work without any charge while at home. Overall, 5 stars for the service.

Amazing!!! The bake function on our oven stopped working due to a bad Igniter. PRIME appliance responded quickly and it took him just 20 min to fix our oven. He was professional and gave us a great price. Overall he seemed like a great guy who loves doing what he does. We will DEFINITELY use him again if any other appliances need to be serviced.
