Orkhan came right on time to the appointment on Monday after a Sunday night Thumbtack exchange. He was able to work on the washing machine and diagnose what was wrong, and advise that he’d need to order the part and would be back in a couple of days. He was early to the second appointment, and was quick and efficient! My washing machine is back to normal, and at an incredibly reasonable price. I’d hire again in a heartbeat for any of my repair needs!

Amazing!!! The bake function on our oven stopped working due to a bad Igniter. PRIME appliance responded quickly and it took him just 20 min to fix our oven. He was professional and gave us a great price. Overall he seemed like a great guy who loves doing what he does. We will DEFINITELY use him again if any other appliances need to be serviced.

Orkhan disconnected a broken stove on the 2nd floor and a dishwasher in my apartment on the first floor. He was very responsive through text and email, for coordinating times and days. I also had him come back to install the new stove and dishwasher. He was extremely professional, and very skilled in what he does. He is very fare priced as well. I would say probably the best price for great service on thumbtack!. I would for sure have Prime Appliance Repair do any projects for me in the future, and I highly recommend using him/them for your appliance needs
