Mr. Orkhan was very responsive and reliable. He helped to install a riser and rubber mats and anti-vibration cups for my noisy washer/dryer. He was also very nice. I would hire Prime Appliance again.

I had a dishwasher that was leaking water 10 minutes into the cycle He was able to diagnose the problem in 20 minutes, orde the water pump and fix the dishwasher in 48 hours. I was very pleased with the service and will call on him in the future
