Great service. The technician was very skilled, professional and fixed our HVAC system. They key issue was a bad gas valve, which the technician replaced (he had to drive off for a bit to get the part). He also performed cleaning on both of our furnaces. The cost was somewhat high, but not completely crazy.

My Central Air went down on the hottest day of the year. EH was out the very next day, extremely responsive and replaced the capacitor in no time on a Friday. This didn’t completely resolve the issue, however, as we continued to have some stalling in the unit. I called them back over the weekend and they were back out on Tuesday morning, installed a jumpstart kit for the compressor and she’s running great.
Extremely responsive and carry enough parts to get the job done same trip. Didn’t charge me for the second labor charge after they missed the issue on their first service call.

They did a great job adding wall outlets to our old home. Old homes pose many challenges as you never know what the walls are made of or what you might bump into but they did a great job navigating all challenges. They cleaned up after themselves and the finished product was very crisp and professional looking! We still need more outlets installed in other rooms and will certainly have them back to finish this project and others!
