Gerry Smith is the man to call when you need any type of carpentry or repair work done. He is professional, courteous and highly experienced in all areas of construction and building maintenance. He will get the job done efficiently and the beautiful results will make you smile. He did many updates in my Waltham home and I was very happy and satisfied with his precision and work ethic.

NO SHOW!! Be careful! Gerry promised to come to my home early in the morning to help me. He even said he would bring me a coffee because he wanted to start much earlier than I wanted. After hours of calling him + emailing him----he replied that he did not work in the rain. This was a VERY feeble excuse. It was not raining much and cleared up soon. He completely destroyed my plans. I needed help with picking up furniture from private sellers and then reassembling the IKEA furniture. The people from whom I was buying the furniture were moving from Boston. When I was unable to pick up the furniture, they had to throw the furniture away. Both I lost and the seller lost due to Gerry's NO SHOW. He is totally UNRELIABLE!!

It was raining on the drop dead date which shows poor planning on your part. The use of capital letters doesn't make it stand out more. I repeat, it was RAINING!
