I live on the first floor. I needed to open a new door from my living room to my front porch. The project requires pulling permit from the town, purchasing a door, creating the entrance on the wall, and installation of the new door. Gerry is very responsive during our communication via phones and face to face. He taught me how to apply for the permit from the town and gave me lots advice on how to do the project and pick up a right door. He created the new entrance and installed the new door I purchased from HomeDepot. He worked very hard and charged a fair price. I would definitely seek help from him in the future for handyman service.

Gerry is very responsive via text and prompt. He and his friend Steve came over to patch up a squirrel hole we had (and other small exterior holes), glued down our patio pavers, fixed my down spout, and modified/attached the step on my deck to the house. They both worked diligently in the 90 degree heat, and the finished work to our satisfaction. Gerry's price is very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable and we really appreciated his suggestions and professionalism. We really enjoy working with Gerry and have already lined up more projects we can use him for. We already recommended him to our friends.

Wall paper removal, painting, floor tiling, replacement of bathroom fixtures and other small jobs. Service is excellent, honest, beautifully and carefully done. He is completely responsible. Costs are reasonable.
