- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i try to make money without over charging.. im very good i think and the clients ive worked for agree.. i am lenient with my pricing but firm. i don't over charge like i said so i usually never have a dispute with pricing..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i will set up a meeting to go over what they are looking to be done..i listen to what they want and after i will suggest what i think is the best way to go about it.. and or the best appliances etc to use. I think letting the client be involved makes them apart of the project and not seem like im doing there house my way.. i want you to design your house how you want to live in it. so i think it's better that you choose your fixtures etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I take code update classes all the time. any training and or schooling i think will better my carreer.
