I had to replace exterior stair railings for an upcoming inspection. Sergei was quick to respond and showed up the next day to assess the repair. Initially, his schedule was too tight for my deadline, but after other Thumbtack responders were unavailable, he and his partner accommodated me within 24 hrs and replaced both rails. The style matched MUCH better than expected. The cost was slightly more than what I wanted to pay, but for the aesthetics and quality, it was worth the cost.
