FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and always given in writing before any work starts — no surprise charges at the end. Quotes are flat-rate per job, not vague hourly estimates. I quote based on window count, the type of cleaning (interior/exterior/both), and whether any extras like screens, storm windows, or soft-washing are added. Every line item is broken out so you know exactly what you're paying for. The quote you sign is the price you pay — locked in for 60 days from the date issued. If you add work on the day of service, we agree on the price for that extra work on the spot before we touch it. No deposit required. Payment is due only after the work is complete and you've either walked the property with us or reviewed photos we send if you weren't home. Hard water spots are included in standard window cleaning. Oxidation on the glass itself can't be removed and isn't part of standard pricing. Storm windows are quoted as exterior-side only unless the line item specifically says otherwise. Two fees you should know about: a $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel after signing, and a $50 site-prep fee applies if our crew has to move outdoor furniture, decor, or interior items to access the windows on arrival (saved by clearing the area before we get there). Payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Bundling saves money. If you're getting windows done, adding soft-washing for siding, walkways, or a deck in the same visit is meaningfully cheaper than booking them separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and modern. After your first call, text, or email, I come out (or you send photos/measurements) so I can give you a real number - not a vague range. I send a written quote within 24 hours that breaks the work out line by line so there are no surprises. You can sign it right from your phone, pick a service time that fits your week from my available slots, and you're booked. On the day of service, my crew and I show up on time with everything we need - ladders, soft-wash gear, eco-safe solution. When the work is done, we walk every window or every elevation with you (or send you photos if you're not home) and you only pay once you're happy with the result. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began just cleaning windows mid way through university with a simple mop and squeegee on the weekends with friends. After cleaning endless homes and getting positive feedback from customers, I realized that this work has a lot of potential and started investing into better equipment to allow me to do better work and offer more services. Now I run and operate my business spring, summer, and fall enjoying bringing smiles to my customers face when they see home amazing their home looks after my work.
