thanks Annette, you guys are great people and we always enjoy working with you.

I'm sorry you feel this way Tom, we built the entire frame of your deck and roof, as well as suggested out 9 footings for this deck witch made it 3/4 of the way done, you only paid us the deposit and middle check witch we covered, all that was left was to add the decking and trim witch we would have been happy to do but unfortunately half way through the project and in the middle of covid you guys decided to get a permit, witxh is not a problem had it been done properly, this cause us to have to stop all work immediately to try and get an inspector there witch was not in our original contract. with the city hall being closed and working via zoom that made it nearly impossible and we spent over 40 hours trying to get the permits and inspections for you with no extra payments for our efforts. witch brings us to why we did not come back, we never said we wouldn't come back, just that we needed to be paid for the extra accommodations from our dealings with natick city hall, that did not happen and to add we stoped reaching out to the city meaning the inspections did not happen, by law we were not able to mave any further until that happend and after 3 months of bo inspection we could not continue covering expenses for a decision that was made after the project had already started and original contracts were already signed. as far as attacking my personal character, yes I am a recovering addict that has gone from that to having 7 years clean starting a business that has been running strong for 5 years buying a house a shop fro the business getting married and starting a family, if anyone reading this wants to judge me on my past that is your choice but please do not judge me based of someone else's side of the story as there is always to sides the truth usually ends up in the middle, I am sorry this happend to you Tom but we did everything we could to try and accommodate for the problems we were having.
