This has been my first experience using Thumbtack. I was very pleased to receive multiple quotes so quickly. I purchased a videographer for my best friends wedding as my gift to them. From the very beginning MRK visuals have been a contender and once I received their answers to my questions so quickly and thoroughly I knew that was the one I was going to go with. I have been working with Manoj with MRK Visuals since that first round of questions. He has been amazing. Very professional, beyond reasonable with his pricing and more than helpful. Gave great suggestions, listened to exactly what I wanted and is still eager to help me create such a great gift for my friends. He met with me at the wedding site a few weeks before the wedding to get a feel for the grounds and what the timeline will be. He explained everything to me and even surprised me that day by telling me that he would also have a drone camera. He is allowing me to give him as many pictures as I want of the couple to play to music in the beginning of the video and some of their honeymoon pictures at the end. I can't wait to see the finished product. I have two other friends who are getting married next year and I'm going to suggest him to them as well. What a great experience this has been so far. The next step is meeting up with him for him to show me the footage and what direction he wants to go in. I love that he is including my opinion. Great person, great videographer.
