Bob was very responsive and provided very helpful guidance and information. I had been left stuck with a basement window by another company with no commitment to install it. Bob responded the same day and came by to assess the project the next day. His pricing was much better than several other companies and he committed to do the install within the week. He is licensed and insured and voluntarily assessed my other windows, answered any questions and gave helpful tips at no cost. I would hire him again easily and have recommended him to my neighbors in my condo complex.
