He came and changed the water heater but it never worked for more than 3 weeks at a time. Follow up response is not reliable. I would not recommend because I feel the diagnosis was incorrect, communication is poor and follow up is not reliable.

You said your water heater was not working. I went to your home, tried to turn it on and was not able to. Then I talked to you and I gave you an option to change the water heater to a new one, and it worked. Anyone who went to your home would also recommend changing the water heater.
