- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may not be the cheapest around, but my focus and quality of work sets itself apart justifying the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first must speak with the customer via phone. We schedule a time for me to come assess the home. After the assessment, I give you my price and we agree on it, alongside time and date of cleaning. After the first cleaning, I ask my customers to do a thorough check of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decades worth of cleaning experience.
