- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most buyers are not aware that in most cases they do not pay a fee. We do charge a marketing fee on the sellers' side which covers professional photos, 3D imaging or video tours, floor plans, brochures, fliers, social media ads, print ads, website exposure and so much more. Come learn more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone call to understand the basic needs and ensure it is a good match for both our team and the prospective client. We follow-up with a call with either a seller's consultation or a buyer's consultation where we share more information about the process, market conditions, pricing analysis and our promises to you as your realtor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed in the state of MA. In addition, I serve on 2 committees for the MA Association of Realtors, hold my Council of Residential Specialist also known as Residential Real Estate Council designation which requires 80 plus hours of training and experience in the field, as well as my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Education in the world of real estate is always a priority.
