Excellent workmanship!
Constructed 2 gazebo’s for me and is able to problem solve easily and construct pieces by hand when there are parts missing in the shipment!
He’s very fast, professional and precise!
He has completed several other projects and repairs for me and I was totally impressed and very satisfied!
I had my basement walls insulated with foam from standard insulation and everything had to be cleared from walls to middle of basement!
Ruvim Bolgov wet and dry vacuumed the entire basement and moved everything back to shelves next to wall where it belonged and constructed 3 indoor greenhouse in basement so I can grow all year round.
I can’t emphasize enough how fast, excellent workmanship and I am 100% satisfied!

Ruvim started off very responsive and communicated well over text, which led me to hire him for the jobs on my property. He recommended that we split the projects up into three separate phases and I’ll pay after each job is done and I’m happy with the work—I agreed.
On his first day of job 1, he never notified me to let me know he was on the property, he consistently showed up late morning/early afternoon. While he did complete one of the three projects discussed, I would have preferred more communication before he began the work to ensure it aligned with my expectations. I also mentioned to him that we could provide all materials but he said he would include his own.
The job was a stone steps replacement. He used a few cinder blocks to replace the foundation of the broken steps and then reused our stone that was already there. He also used a weed barrier under the big pad, drainage rocks and cement to hold everything together. All in all the materials probably cost less than $100. While I didn’t mind him using the stone and I liked the look, I would have preferred we discussed this further to make it a bit more unified as a whole, and I noticed one thing we discussed did not get done, but that’s on me. However, the bottom step is short maybe 7” and we ended up having to purchase more materials to extend it.
Unfortunately, after the first project was completed and paid for, there was no further communication from Ruvim regarding the remaining two jobs. I tried to follow up, but he never responded.
How someone begins and ends a business relationship does matter, I think actions speak louder than words, and his communication and professionalism could be improved. Follow-up is not only important but respected, even if you don’t plan on going through with a job.

I’m sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your full expectations. My goal is always to deliver quality work and clear communication, and I recognize there were moments where I could have been more proactive in checking in and confirming details along the way.
Regarding the stone steps: I did my best to stay within the budget while also ensuring the structure was stable and visually clean. I reused the original stone at your request and added foundational materials (weed barrier, drainage rock, cement) to reinforce the area. I understand now that discussing each step in more detail beforehand might have helped align our visions better.
As for the follow-up—I admit I didn’t handle that well. It wasn’t out of disregard, but rather a scheduling overload and poor communication on my part, which I’m actively working to improve. I always intend to follow through, even when plans change.
