I will definitely be using P Stays Home Services for any future projects I need help with! I needed help with putting a bed frame together. They responded to my request within minutes and had someone at my place the next morning. He was extremely professional and punctual and got the job done in about 15 minutes! P Home did not perform work paid for in advance. Caused damage to pool. Had to hire second contractor to complete job. Second contractor stated that P. Services is not licensed to work on pools and have little to no business working on pools

Mark C. Is very unfortunate you had this type of experience, certainly, it is not what we do.
We are certified to work on this project and this has been a clear misunderstanding and lack of communication.
You guys initially contacted us to open the pool for the season after several years without using it.
Water and surrounded areas were in very bad condition and contaminated since day 1 we found a heavy infestation of animals living in your pool and we still choose to work with you guys.
After initial treatment we communicated that water replacement can be an option and you guys decided to go for it after seeing more closely you liner condition we communicated that is recommended to be replace and you guys decided to go for it.
As we was working on the liner replacement you guys decided to go with another company and we didn’t force ourselves so we decided to part ways peacefully and issue you a partial refund based on the job that was done until them.
Is very unfortunate that other companies instead of helping decided to cause more confusion between us.
We communicated this several times.
