I accessed this site to try to find a reasonable pro for carpetcleaning. I received an immediate response from Ron (Katt Carpet) and others. I provided square footage and conditions so as to allow for an accurate quote. Ron treated me with professionalism and consideration providing a reasonable quote and then agreed to my urgency by making time for my job the very next day. He arrived right on time, displayed a friendly and courteous manner and got to work. During the process, Ron repaired and corrected some damages that were clearly not included in the quote unselfishly and without hesitation not asking for anything in return. Ron finished the job above and beyond my expectations. Thorough, clean, accurate, took his time... What else can you ask for? I will remain a client and recomend Katt Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. A small family run company with a great reputation!

I never thought our rug would of cleaned up as well as it did. We were even thinking of replacing it. Ron did an excellent job at a good value. I highly recommend his work.

Ron quoted us a great price on Thumbtack, and stuck to that price, even though our new home had heavy pet stains in one room. Our carpets look practically new again, and the whole house smells fresh and clean! Ron was responsive, friendly, punctual, and ready to share his extensive knowledge about carpetcleaning and installation. We'll be using Ron again for future cleanings, and he already quoted us a great price when we're ready to replace our carpets.

My experience with Ron at Katt Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was wonderful. My carpets were in rough shape, and they look almost new. Ron was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Not to mention reasonably priced. He came in and inspected the areas I wanted done. Based on what he saw he made his recommendations. He even added an extra service for free because I needed it and he hadn't quoted me on it earlier. That was really courteous of him, and he had done such a good job I really wanted to pay what it would have been but he wouldn't let me. He did a thorough job and you can really tell by how well things turned out. Also he was really friendly to my dog which is always nice. Local business, great owner. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use his services!
