- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be highly visual, transparent, and stress-free: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with an on-site visit to discuss your vision for your kitchen or bathroom, take precise measurements, and understand your lifestyle needs. 2. 3D Design & Estimate: We use advanced design software to create comprehensive 3D spatial layouts and panoramic renderings. You get to see exactly what your new space and custom cabinetry will look like before you commit. Alongside the design, we provide a detailed, itemized proposal. 3. Pre-Construction: Once approved, we handle the logistics. As fully licensed professionals, we ensure all necessary permits are pulled and strict EPA Lead-Safe and OSHA safety protocols are in place before we touch a tool. 4. Construction: We maintain a clean, organized job site and keep you updated every step of the way. We are fully bilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) to ensure seamless communication with our team and clients. 5. Final Walkthrough: We do a thorough final inspection with you to ensure every detail of your new kitchen or bath exceeds your expectations.

I hold several state licenses and specialized certifications to ensure every kitchen and bath project is structurally sound, safe, and strictly up to code. My credentials include: MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL #123609): Tested and trained extensively in the International Building Code (IBC), Residential Code (IRC), and energy conservation standards.
