I thought I just needed the kitchen drain recaulked, the toilet flow value replaced and a bathroom sink faucet installed. The handyman found leaks in the bathroom and kitchen drains, figured out what additional parts were needed and installed it all quickly. A job that originally should have taken a couple of hours instead took over 5 hours due to the increase in work needed. He was very professional and took the need for additional work in stride. My toilet and sinks all work great. Price $465.
