I recently hired Joe to install my window AC, and he was so kind to promise me to pick up the AC for me at Home Depot, after I placed the order... Joe and another technician arrived exactly at the time he told me that he would be here to complete the installation for me. Joe and the other technician, both very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, they did a tremendous job, installing my window air conditioning and I'm very pleased! Our 13 yr old hot water tank burst and needed replacement. I started calling people right away at 9am and by 9:30 I already had a quote from Joe with the photos of the tank that I sent him. I didn’t even get a response from others and litte research showed that the price Joe offered was reasonable. He promptly came over next day on time and replaced our water heater with a Bradford white model which showed good reviews. The work that was done looks great and everything is working smoothly so far. Joe was very nice and professional, answered all my questions and gave valuable suggestions. Not only I am happy with his workmanship but I feel comfortable reaching out to him for all future issues/projects related to plumbing and electricity that I may encounter.

Hired Savino to help me with a shower wall where I discovered loose tiles. They were able to come and look at my project and provided a quote for the job. As work began they kept me apprised of concerns they discovered, non standard tiles and that the water had seeped behind other tiles. They found tiles to match the existing ones! I felt like the work they did could have been in their families home.
