Alex is definitely running a great team and an excellent business. Our needs were a bit complicated. Our house came with two different ages of flooring, and we wanted to partially replace the older one. We also want to make the newly installed flooring match the color to that of the remaining parts of the house. Alex came several times to test different plank options for free even before we accepted his quote. The quote itself was unbeatably the cheapest among all the quotes we received. During the work process, Alex always thought and arranged things in advance and was very responsible for messages. His team completed all the work neatly and nicely within a week. We had a great experience with Grand Flooring Inc. They completely transformed our attic space, with two bedrooms and a large main area, in just two days. As part of the process they removed all existing particle board and put in plywood underneath the vinyl. The floors also don’t creak anymore. All for a very reasonable price.
