On time, polite, and right down to business. I would recommend John to friends and family.Apr 12, 2016Verified
John did work at my son's apartment in Everett last week. He put up window insulation panels for us. He was an absolute delight to work with from beginning to end. We made an agreement for where, when for how much... he showed up on time with a smile on his face and worked through the job until completion. I would highly HIGHLY recommend John for any work you have, large or small. His talent, attitude and reliability are unmatched in the field! Thank you John - until we meet again!Nov 18, 2014Verified

John was hired to perform handyman/ electrical work (wiring) for my company. He did an outstanding job. He is responsive, a hard worker and worked extra hours to get the job done right. He was very meticulous. I'd recommend John any day and we will definitely hire him if need be again.Oct 17, 2014Verified
I hired john to install a mailbox post for me but I was unable to get the supplies, he offered to go get the supplies with me with his truck and installed it in less than 2 hours! I even used him the next day to mow my lawn! Recommended!Oct 11, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I feel I am very fair and competitive with pricing, my customer reviews support this. I will never quote over the phone as I feel it is a disservice to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to talk over the phone to discuss in detail the scope of the project. Then I'd recommend an on-site walk through to go over the details and expectations. My main priority is to ensure that the client is getting exactly what they want, and that the client is happy with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am experienced in full carpentry work, from framing to finish detail. These skills were learned throughout the years from working with larger contractor companies. I am near completion of a Home Inspectors program, expected licensure Fall, 2016.
