- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 Potential customer reaches out to us with a brief description of project through phone call or email. Step 2 One of our team members will be in touch after viewing any pictures and descriptions to discuss approximate pricing which base on the conversion will result in a time and date setup to take field measurements and put the project into the fabrication stage. Step 3 Once in fabrication depending on the project once completed it will go to either Colorgalv/ Galvaninzer or once painted a follow up email/phone call will be placed with an approximate install date. Step 4 Once all work has been performed a team member will be following up to make sure all work has been performed to your satisfaction.
