- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing about our pricing is that we are flexible. Here at THATCH, we aim to bring superior design and construction at unbeatable prices. We go above and beyond for our clients because at the end of the day, we want to be proud of our work and the relationships we build.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new clients is listening and educating. We first listen to our clients' needs and then educate our clients with potential alternatives based off of experience. There are many different ways to bring a project to fruition and at THATCH, our main gaol is that we get there together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WIth a professional degree in Architecture from RISD with 15+ years of experience, along with the recent addition of our dedicated interior designer holding a Master's degree in Design from Cranbrook, here at THATCH, we are confident that we can bring your ideas into reality.
