With over 27 years in business and a long line of family background within the trades we would like to think we have a strong foot hold in the renovation field. The best part of this job is meeting new people, I have always been a people person all my life. I love to see the home owners face when a project is completed, we always go above and beyond on contract oblations to make sure all of our customers are happy with the end product.

Richard was great...I needed a few last minute things done in preparation for an open house. He came on a Sunday morning and had the job done in no time. Very pleasant and professional. I'd hire him again and would use thumbtack again too. I've already told others about this service.

Richard was our savior when we were in a time-crunch to complete several tasks before moving into our new house. Even with a short timeline, he managed to get it done. Hardwood and tile flooring installation in the kitchen and bathroom, interior and exterior lighting installation, plumbing and electrical work, new hardware, and a beautiful backsplash. Richard did great work for a reasonable price. He was personable, skilled and knowledgeable. We definitely look forward to working with him again.

As an owner of my first house, it was extremely vital for me to go with a trustworthy company. There are so many out there, and I am happy that I discovered Universal home renovations. They did our bathroom remodel and everything went smoothly and professionally. I've experience with past remodels where both the expense and schedule estimate were so off, or the people didn't show up on time whatsoever.This wasn't the situation. Richard and his team were on time and estimated were fair and affordable. Also, they didn't hold back on quality or service. Incredible granite counters, extraordinary tile work and attention to detail. Richard was very gracious and open to discussing any inquiries that would come up. He either answered all of them or as best as possible. When the time comes to get the kitchen remodel, I know who I'll be working with.

Our system is pretty straight forward. Time & material period. Some contractors like to mark up as much as 50% on materials !

We are updated on our lead license yearly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was a custom home builder, my grandfathers were master plumbers & electricians. You might say it was in my blood or I really did't have a choice. I like making dreams come true for clients.
