Daniel was outstanding. He came out during a snow storm to pick up my lap top. The Apple Store told me it would cost over $500 to fix my computer and I would need to take it to a data recovery expert in Boston or Cambridge. I found Daniel right here in Worcester. Not only did he fix the problem and replaced my hard drive, he did so at less than half the cost Apple estimated. Once he repaired my lap top, he returned it to me in yet another Worcester snow storm. Outstanding service by Daniel. Thank you!!

I couldn't be happier with Dan's work. My laptop was clearly dying, and I was desperately trying to find a repair shop open on Saturday. I ended up on Thumbtack, and not only was Dan the only person who responded; he did it within five minutes of my post! He said I could bring it in that day, and by Sunday morning, he had diagnosed the problem and was ready to order the parts. His initial estimate of 5-6 days ended up being 4. My computer is working great, and the price was incredibly low! I would recommend Dan to anyone!

Dan was great! I have zero knowledge of computers and had a pretty complicated problem with mine which he was able to fix for me. He was especially helpful because my computer broke 3 days before I had to leave for a study abroad. He was able to fix the problem for me enough to let me decide about buying a new hard drive or a whole new computer until I came back from my trip not to mention he worked his schedule around fixing my computer in time. I'd recommend him!

While my laptop needed repairs I decided not to do, Dan was true to his word that the labor charges he advertised were the charges I paid. He was honest and did exactly as he said he would do and nothing else (think: the car repair that was supposed to be an adjustment becoming an engine replacement...). Also, Thumbtack proved to be a very reliable portal for communications. Thanks, Dan.
