The folks seem nice and are pleasant, but it was overall a pretty lackluster experience. I had to explain what I wanted done several times - slightly shave down wooden door so it no longer sticks against the frame. Even after that I had to stop them from trying to rip out the trim around my door to reshape it. It also took an extremely long time. Two hours is far too long to shave a half inch off a door and sand it down. The other item I needed help with I elected to pass on since I didn’t want to take an additional two hours with it (again, just shaving down the door so it doesn’t stick n a frame, but this one is metallic so I can only imagine it would be even more of an issue). Replacing a weatherstrip also took the better part of 20 minutesc and it doesn’t even cover the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. Frankly, I’m just doing this myself in the future, it’s kind of absurd to pay $125 an hour for this kind of work.
