I took a while to decide what color flooring I wanted (and changed my mind a few times) and he was incredibly patient and understanding the whole way. Darrin goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with the end result and is flexible in his timing as well. I appreciated how he was able to give me a quote before leaving my house for the consult. It was even itemized to show there were no hidden costs. Due to my schedule, I was unable to be home during the installation process, but I loved that I was sent photos. Lastly, Darrin ensured I remotely closed the garage before he pulled away in his truck to ensure the safety of my home. When it comes time to finish my basement I will be reaching out to Kirk’s flooring again."See more
