My salesman Cesar was great throughout the whole process. I could email him or text him and he would always respond and answer my questions. He walked me through the difference and benefits between a ducted system and mini-splits. The few interactions that I had with the office staff were great, they were always friendly and they did everything they could to accommodate my schedule. They helped me with the Mass Save rebate process and guided me through the whole thing. The workers that came and did the insulation needed before I could get the heat pumps were respectful of all my things and did a great job. They also answered all of my questions and were very respectful of my home. I want to give a great big thanks to Aaron, Dave, Kamil Jaskolski, Sean Whitehurst, and Jordan Allred who worked on installing my heat pump systems.
