I hired this contractor for multiple projects and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. Communication became inconsistent, timelines stretched far beyond what was originally anticipated, and after an extended period there were still outstanding touch-up items and incomplete work that remained unresolved. I repeatedly felt that my project was being deprioritized while other jobs were being completed. I tried to be patient and gave more than ample time to finish the work, but after more than a year and a half (work began on January 3, 2025), I ultimately decided to terminate the remaining scope and hire someone else to complete the project. I found the quality of the completed work to be good and the pricing to be reasonable. However, based on my experience, I would strongly encourage future customers to establish clear timed milestones, tie payments to completed work (holding back 1/3 until you're completely satisfied), and set firm expectations around communication, scheduling, and project closeout before getting started.
