We offer free in home estimates as well as financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
. Initial consultation: I start by scheduling a meeting or call with the new customer to discuss their needs, goals, and expectations. This helps me understand their requirements and how I can best assist them. 2. Proposal and agreement: Based on the initial consultation, I create a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and terms of agreement. Once the customer reviews and approves the proposal, we move forward with the project. 3. Planning and implementation: I work closely with the customer to develop a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities. I keep the customer informed throughout the process and make any necessary adjustments to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Communication and feedback: I maintain open and transparent communication with the customer, providing regular updates on the progress of the project. I also encourage feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive outcome. 5. Delivery and follow-up: Once the project is completed, I deliver the final product or service to the customer. I follow up to ensure their satisfaction and address any final details or questions they may have. 6. Relationship building: I strive to build a long-term relationship with the customer by providing ongoing support, offering additional services, and staying in touch to address any future needs or opportunities.
