- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the complexity and volume of the items to be assembled. I provide clear quotes upfront so there are no surprises. I occasionally offer package discounts for full room assemblies or recurring corporate clients. I do not have hidden fees, but I do appreciate advanced notice if there are any specific challenges like difficult building access or stairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with communication to understand the scope of work and the type of furniture to be assembled. I then prepare the appropriate tools. Upon arrival, I sort the parts, protect the floor, and begin the assembly step-by-step. I prioritize keeping the area clean, and at the end, I test all doors and drawers with the client to ensure everything is perfect
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess extensive practical experience gained over years, in addition to staying constantly updated with the assembly manuals of major brands. I am trained to use various power and hand tools to ensure safe assembly that does not compromise the furniture’s lifespan.
