- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing here at Recovery Rubbish Removal is fairly simple , so its all pro-rated based on load size and how much space that load takes up in our truck . There are 12 different price points all the way through which starts as low as $55 for our single item removal and goes all the way up to $615 for a complete full load . When giving an estimate we ALWAYS give a 2 number price point to always ensure there are no hidden suprises in the end . Meaning if we believe all the items you want hauled away would be about a half a load which is $359 , we would give an estimate of $359 to $419 which is the next price point up just incase we were wrong , as estimates are educated guesses and there ends up being more . However if there ends up being less than the initial estimate than you would pay less as you only pay for the room you take up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is to listen,listen,listen and build the best relationship possible . Our goal is to not just be some strangers coming in your home to remove some items and hit the road . We are here for you 100% and we aim to make the entire process as comfortable as possible for each new customer .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been in the moving & junk removal industry just under 12 years now . I was born & raised into the industry as my father owned his own junk removal company growing up & i havent stopped since . Previous to starting this business i worked for a veteran owned junk removal company for 6 straight years as well . Junk removal is basicaly second nature at this point
