The move was from Montpelier, Vermont to Massachusetts. I called and spoke with Bernard and he was professional and completely explained the process. Our first impression of (NEM) was great so we opted for their services. And then we waited for moving day……. Just on time, our movers arrived - Bernard made sure our price was explained and locked in. They had all our belongings on the truck and ready to go in no time! Then for the 3 hour rush hour traffic to our home. Once again , they were hard at work and quickly had us all moved in. We asked them to move some of our existing furniture (two households) to accommodate the furniture from Vermont - all done with a smile and in no time. The wrapped up by asking us if there was anything else we needed done before they left. Big thanks to Bernards team - thanks for all your hard work and friendly interactions - who knew moving could be so easy ✅. Good remarks from our interaction
