Personal Training

My fiancé and I started working with Lisa a few months ago and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and intelligence with strength/personal training. The creativity she brings to make each workout is unique, challenging and even fun - that is what makes us constantly look forward to seeing her each session. Lisa was a super cool trainer. She helped me with weight lifting because I was new to it. She’s quick to response to your questions and during training, she encourages you to push yourself and does not let you slack off. I would definitely would have still trained with Lisa if it wasn’t for me moving back to school.

Lisa’s great to work with! I’ve been working with her for about 2 years now, and she’s become my fitness lifeline LOL! I am not the easiest client but she always keeps me on track and motivated to reach my fitness goals. I’ve always struggled with back pain so exercising hasn’t always been enjoyable for me but Lisa is incredibly attentive and makes sure you’re doing every exercise correctly to prevent any type of injury. Her workouts are always challenging but she always keeps it new and enjoyable. Definitely the most knowledgeable and professional trainer I’ve worked with!

Personal Training

I'm a 65 year old man, height/weight appropriate, in fairly good physical shape. I asked Lisa to help me take my workouts up a notch. Scheduling with Lisa was easy. She is punctual and responsive. Lisa is soft spoken, chill, and accessible in how she presents herself. Clearly, Lisa has a wealth of knowledge about conditioning. She designs workouts based on deceptively simple exercises which she organizes into into series of repetitions that have pushed me appropriately and are taking my workouts to the next level. Also, I like very much that Lisa uses an app which puts each new workout on my phone so I have easy access to it when I'm traveling and want to workout in a hotel gym. Regardless of our generational difference, I have found Lisa to be an excellent workout partner. 12/28/20 Just wanted to send out an update to my original review. We recently did our 80th session together. With Lisa's help, I'm now in the best shape of my life. I'm very appreciative of the work she's done with me and how I have benefited. Thanks, Lisa.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    In your first session with me we will do a standard fitness assessment to assess your current fitness level. We will also review your overall goals, exercise and injury history. From there, I will create a customize training plan w/ built in weekly check ins to ensure your progress!
