I am an average joe. So when I tell you that taking on Kyie as my personal trainer was one of the best things I have done in my life...well I really mean it! And I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews so this should speak volumes. I always thought personal trainers were very expensive (some charging as much as $70/hr!) but Kyie is very affordable. He shows that fitness does not have to be expensive. He is a great trainer who works with you to achieve your goals. He does not let you slack and will amp up the exercises each week until you are crawling back to your car. What I love most about my experience is that he is always on my back and makes sure that I keep coming back. He truly does care about his clients. He is my trainer, my buddy, my therapist, and even my dating advisor! I never thought I would make such a great connection not only with a trainer but also the people who I regularly see at the gym there. This experience has been one of the best investments I have made in my life!

I have been training with kyie for a month now and I absolutely love the workouts he creates and how he pushes me to be my absolute best! He encourages me makes feel like a strong girl who can lift. I would totally recommend any person of any age to train with him he’s the best!

Just starting out - today is the first day! I am 64 and have an office job for most of my working life. I didn't realize how inactive I had become until one day I had to pick up my right leg to step on the brake while driving. I had been with Coach Kyie for 3 months and he has helped me SO MUCH. As other people have said, he's very flexible with his schedule and he's an excellent motivator. Coach taught me 2 important things. One is to have patience in realizing results. The other is the difference between the words can't and won't. With the coach's encouragement, I discovered that I COULD do things that I thought I couldn't. And, I only said won't a couple of times. If you're thinking about a personal trainer, stop here. Having Coach Kyie as my personal trainer was one of the best things I've done for myself. Thanks Coach!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $175 a month for 3 sessions per week or $225 a month for unlimited training. One on one private training would be $30/hr. I do have a drop in fee if $20 also.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I get the customer down for a physical assessment and workout to see where they are physically. After that I can figure out whats the best place to start the client out at to set them up for success.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    CrossFit level one, NASM CPT
