These guys were great. They personally did the work, didn't send a crew I didn't know. They were prepared to do basic maintenance on my gutters, even though they were there to clean, and for a reasonable price. No other gutter cleaner I have ever hired has mentioned maintaining the gutters. And they didn't leave a mess. They were very personable. I was so happy, we have already discussed more work for the spring. I highly recommend these guys.

The guys did a great job powerwashing our house, it's never looked so clean. They also did the back of our garage roof because we had lichen and moss and it's dying and falling off. We will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you!

Dave did an AMAZING job! 1). Asked to be on Spring Clean list back in Feb, as soon as weather warmed he messaged me 2). Great communication when we rained out and rescheduled 3). CLINCHER: DAVE LOVES WHAT HE DOES AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK!! 4). PROOF in pics, but this part, was amazing: Neighbor’s dirty white privacy fence abuts our yard Dave was visibly bummed to hear it’s not our’s. He asked if they’d mind if he cleaned and I said, GO FOR IT, they’ll be thrilled. He was visibly ECSTATIC! Left our home looking new, fairly new home, but densely wooded pine pollen trees surround us, I’d see our home and cringe seeing dirt/pollen and wood trim peeling paint, dirty windows etc. Dave even removed the muck coming off house and power washed driveway 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Hire Dave, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. *Note: Dave does not do window cleaning, but he obviously went over windows last since I’ve been left w steaks in past, everything sparkled from my POV 💫 thank you DAVE!

David did an excellent job pressure washing our exterior. He successfully removed all the mold on the siding/gutters and thoroughly cleaned all other areas such as pathways, deck, and screens. He was easy to coordinate with and arrived when he said he would. Highly recommend!

Last week, I hired David’s Powerwashing for a job that was completed on Oct 1, 2021. They booked me within 3 days and showed up as promised and on time. The two gentlemen were very nice and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of work done - To the point of perfection. They cleaned the outside of the house, back deck, deck furniture and cushions, and my two white fences. All the mildew and mold were completely removed and the white fences and grey deck were cleaner then when I first purchased them. Also the price was reasonable and competitive. I plan on hiring them again this time next year. I highly recommend David’s Powerwashing if you are seeking to go get a quick appointment and quality work (perfection) from a powerwashing.project!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair with my pricing! All of the people that I have work for have said that my prices are excellent. If I'm power washing their home and they have a big deck or a deck around a pool, I give them half price on the deck or the pool deck. I treat everybody fairly!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with them on the phone and then when I arrive at the house, I take a walk around the house with them and explain to them what I'm going to do. If they have a request we talk about it and then I tell them to make sure all the windows are closed and I'll knock on the door when I'm done. 🙂
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been proudly doing this work for many years.
