- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typical bill by the inch. We service a broad range of customers for snow from full service to just sanding and salting. We do offer seasonal contracts for customers looking to budget their snow expenses. Some places need higher service levels and we charge by the push. So you would pay a set fee for say snowfall amounts from say 0-3" 3-6" 7-12" etc We can cater a plan to your budget and service levels depending on your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide full service snow services. That ranges from Plowing,Sanding,Removal,Walkway plowing and ice melting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For commercial customers meet with the contractor. You want to make sure the company providing your services can supply what you need.
