Steve came and finished a job that had been started by another contracter, in which i paid alot of money to do and was not complete yet.The other contracter did a very messy job on my concrete floor!(it was uneven and lots of errors were made, steve finished the job fixed all the mistakes and made a remarkable difference! His prices were ver reasonable much better then any other! I would hire him any time!!
Stephen did a great job, went above and beyond. My vinyl fence looked brand new when he got done. Washed the house, fence, sidewalk, and patios too. Will be calling on him again.
We hired Jorge to repair concrete on the house and in the garage, to paint the house and install a new garage door. Jorge and his crew were very efficient and completed the job in one day. I am very happy with the results and would consider Jorge for any future projects. He is truly a "jack-of-all trades"
This was a great experience. I called them and they came over on a Tuesday to give a quote and we're back two days later to start the job. They went beyond the work and quality I was expecting. They cleaned up their work and finished everything in the two days they quoted. I had 7 doors and trims painted plus plaster on a wall with a new slider that another contractor left unfinished. I have already spoke with them to help on 2 more jobs I am planning to do. As a single person with no family to help me I am thrilled to have someone I know I can call to get a variety of work done. Five Stars!
I hired Obed Matul of GMP Landscaping to install my patio -- about 17 feet by 30 feet. Obed is the owner. He has a crew of about two to three people. His pricing is generally comparable to others -- perhaps just a bit lower than others. His crew is very dedicated and hard working. To be successful with Obed, make sure you have him signed the contract and label your tools so there is no mix up at the end of the project. Even though I had a design plan and had Obed signed it, he still wanted to change contract in a middle of project. But generally speaking, I'm pleased with Obed and his crew. At end of project we gave his crew extra tips as we feel they deserved it for hard work.
Matt removed a sizable pile of cement debris from a patio demo job. He took it all in one trip for a very reasonable price, no hassle, and left the site clean. I would recommend Matt and will use him again when needed.
We hired Ray to tear out and replace our old damaged concrete floor in the garage. Our experience with Ray was the best! He provided a reasonable bid on Thursday and by Monday he and his crew were at work. Tuesday afternoon and the job was done perfectly. Throughout the process Ray kept in touch to keep my informed about when the dumpster would arrive, when the cement would arrive, and described the work process step by step. The garage is located in a 1820 colonial house and had unique problems that only someone of Ray's skills and experience would handle well. We are pleased with Ray's work and look forward to other projects he will likely undertake for us. I'm relieved we have found a gem named Ray. Hire him and you will be fortunate to hire an experienced craftsman who is a pleasure to work with.
I WAS LUCKY TO FIND THIS CONTRACTOR Future of Construction, Inc. did a structural framing reinforce of a three family house, including the concrete foundation, stair construction, replacement of two triple windows and exterior siding. Mr. Adam Komarowski was highly professional and he always anticipated the inspectors requirements, Adam always responds very fast at any change. The company work quality was excellent and more than I expected. I had my detailed budget and Future of Construction, Inc. estimate never went over it. I recommended them to all my friends.
This couldn't have gone better. Bruno came out and looked at the sites and talked to me about options. He took the time to explain to me anything I was unclear about. Then his helper Matt stayed and tore up our old concrete (about 3x6 area in our garage) and prepared our front steps for new mortar. The following day, they poured the concrete and mortared our steps. The work was very nicely done, and Bruno even came out a few days later when I noticed one of the stones he'd mortared had come loose. I highly recommend this company, and I will use them again.
I hired BHI to demolish my deck that wrapped around the back and side of my house, and had them replace it with a smaller deck and patio (around the back) and steps (side). The project came out really well and we're satisfied with the results.
The quality of workmanship in the porch and patio that Dan built for my parents was impressive. I can tell that Dan takes great pride in his work. He goes that extra mile and won't settle for second best. He is truly a stand up guy. He is fair, honest, and won't finish a job until the customer is satisfied. There should be more people out there like Dan. It was a pleasure meeting him. I would recommend his services to anyone without hesitance. My parents told me that they looked forward each day to see Dan not just for the great work that he did but they enjoyed being around him so much that my mom made him lunch each day and my parents and Dan would enjoy each others company over lunch. If that isn't a testimony of Dans character I don't know what is.
Not only does Austin and his team do beautiful work but he is the most professional and organized contractor that I have ever worked with. He responds to any questions almost immediately and was able to start the work and finish it quickly. He was also extremely flexible. I hired him to install a floor in my rental property and he worked with the tenants to install a beautiful floor with as little disruption as possible to them. The laminate floor he installed in came out beautiful and he also installed 2 railings on the concrete outside steps that look great and will help prevent any slips and falls come this winter. I would definitely reommend hiring him to do any work, especially flooring.
I had Master Jerry Construction do a bunch of work throughout my home (interior reframing, exterior decking/stairs, trim, and two exterior concrete pads). Long story short- they got the job solidly done and all on schedule, which I'm pretty happy with. Great communication every step of the way. Brian, the owner, is really proud of the work his firm does and it shows.
Gio removed our concete patio and replaced it with new concrete. He was the first to respond to our job posting, and offered the best price for the job. The end result is great! I would definitely hire Gio and his crew for future jobs at my house, and I highly recommend them to others.
Steve does excellent work. I recommend him 100% He tiled our basement bathroom floor, finished the walls, made his own wood trim to edge the wall where it met the tub tiles, painted the walls and wood work, moved the washer and dryer himself, worked outside cutting the tile, even though it was cold, and put everything back. He was efficient, clean, organized, punctual and very reasonable, providing a detailed bill of time, labor, and parts. No surprises. He was very independent and made no demands on us, even turning down coffee! We left him alone in the house, a couple of times, feeling complete trust in him. The job was unexpectedly difficult; the concrete was uneven, there was an unknown pipe jutting out into the floor. He was thorough, he found and filled in a leak around the tub; he was ingenious, he modified tile around the pipe and made a perfect round hole for the toilet for the plumbers, and he patched holes in the walls. In addition, he was very considerate, picked up the tile himself, (after a wrong order was delivered) later volunteered to pick up the vanity, and ran through the steps the plumber was going to take to complete the bathroom renovation, with a new sink and toilet. He came back to do a little something where the floor met the carpet in the hallway, no problem. He wanted us to be perfectly satisfied. All in all it was a personally pleasant and very professional experience working with him. Based on what he did for us, I would trust him to do any kind of household renovation he says he can do. I know he does kitchens, decks, and additions too because he came recommended by a neighbor. We were perfectly satisfied.
Initially, I hired Green Pine to do a little bit of siding...but i was so impressed with their work that I hired them for some additional jobs (flooring, drywall repair, wood rot repair, etc.). Claudinei is very knowledgeable and very professional...showed up on time to all of our meetings and got the job done in the amount of time he estimated. I highly recommend Green Pine.
Hi there, I just found you folks online and decided my experience with your company last year deserved a rave review! I have to say that the patio along with the restoring and color sealing of the front porch looks great. Family, friends and neighbors all provide favaroble comments on the appearance and the quality workmanship. Personally, I was thrilled with the results and was so happy to have found a company with such professional personnel, who were polite, competent and did such a fantastic job. I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone looking to have stamped or regular concrete installed or restoring of concrete, and coloring and/or sealing. Keep up the good work, Joan M Somerset, MA
Chris has worked on my "flat" roof several times -- it is rolled rubber now (formerly asphalt which continuously failed) because of him and his Dad determining rubber to be the best solution to the continuous leaking I had my family had experienced since 1947 when the house was built. The roof he and his Dad installed (SW Debbs LLC) is protecting my 1947 "modern" house with a roof that looks flat but is efficiently pitched. The roof on this house always presented problems with its asphalt coating used over decades -- major leaks and interior damage had consistently occurred. Chris and his father installed rolled rubber to remedy the situation. They also discovered through close examination that some seepage was occurring via eroded concrete on a decorative parapet. They applied material that stopped this water seepage efficiently. What a relief to find someone who would not walk away from a challenge -- someone who stuck with the problem until it was solved satisfactorily! Rare! Most recently Chris and his Dad repaired a portion of the "flat" roof that had been installed (before I met them) by another contractor. They adjusted the slight pitch of that portion of the roof to channel the run-off efficiently, installed insulation which had not been done previously, and re-installed rolled rubber properly. Again, a long-standing problem was diagnosed and solved at a reasonable cost. Chris is efficient, on time, focused, friendly, and totally reliable. He gets the job done at a reasonable price. I am currently renovating a colonial house from the 1790s, and I intend to have the roof rebuilt and replaced by Chris' company. I know him to be honest, hard-working, dependable, and determined to solve problems and produce robust results. I offer my highest recommendation!
Mr. Givisiez was a pleasure to work with. He and his father come on a emergency call to see and do an Apraisel on my back yard and pool patio, Both with very bad deterioration due to age and natural corrosion of the terrain, (our lot is on a hill) he made the project so beautiful and cost effective when he was done we were at awe with the miracle he performed at our pool area and even more impressed with the retaining wall that showed craftsmanship and knowledge. We had no doubt on whom to call when we tagged another project in our house. Again He was very understanding of our needs and helped us to see and understand the pros and cons of the reality of our space versus our wants! I wanted space and practicability on a very small space that I was turning into my suite. He made all possible going out of his ways to build by scratch the most beautiful built ins, on my bathroom, bedroom and closet turning my space in a very practical ambience. Due to all the extra work and time consuming of the built ins He was willing to work with us in a very fair and accommodating price. We are happy and we feel very lucky to have choose Mr. Givisiez as our contractor. And as spring matures we already making plans for a wood deck that we are sure will be another great job of Mr. Givisiez.
I started using Skillville for gutter cleanings, ad they were efficient and very tidy. I then used them to restore my backyard concrete patio; I was so impressed with the time and care that the techs patiently spent to scrape and smooth the surface, and the finished effort is beautiful. The last time I used them, it was to cut my kitchen counter to accommodate a replacement sink. This required very fine measuring and cutting skills, and they took grate care to make it right. I enthusiastically plan to use Skillville for all my home repair and renovation needs going forward!
He built a hanging roof over my patio. Fadi seemed very knowledgeable on his carpentry work, and the new roof seems well laid out and solid. Overall I'm very satisfied with his timing and reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend.
