Phil Arsenault has provided my family with emergency service and estimates for upgrades to the existing system here at my Shrewsbury home. His methodical, patient and precise troubleshooting and resolution of electrical problems have insured the safety of my home and family on more than one occasion. We look forward to warmer weather when we can begin the full update of the incoming service.

I would highly recommend Arsenault Electric. I was extremely happy with the multiple jobs Phil and his crew have completed on my home over the past year. I appreciate Phil's expertise and the pride he takes in his work. He educated me throughout the projects on the work he was completing and found safety issues in regards to old electrical work that needed to be fixed and helped me prioritize projects that needed immediate attention. I felt informed throughout the work being completed. I also found that his prices were reasonable. I plan to do work with him again in the future.

I had quite a tight time line to get the electrical finished on my master bedroom. Of the five electricians in Amherst area that came to give a quote on the work, I heard back from none,two weeks past and I had Phil come to look at the work. Before he left my house he sat down and gave me a quote. I was wowed. He stayed true to his quote! He dealt with all my add ons, and the ancient and questionable electric work done before him in this house . HIs work is "top notch" as a master electrician. The best thing I have to say about Phil is his professionalism, that man was at my house for four days, never a rude comment and he said dam once, ONCE. How many contractors can you say that never swore at your job sight.
